Reflections on Facebook...
A few months back I decided to deactivate my Facebook account as part of an experiment to see if I could survive without it for two weeks. I usually spend an average of 3 to 4 hours on Facebook, just checking people’s profiles and doing general catching up, so the prospect of not being able to do that was somewhat weird and exciting.
Weird because I didn’t know how I would catch up...

The big gap & the Facebook detox
So I’ve been out of tumblr for a while now, in the last year I’ve been mainly focusing on my academic life. I completed my Masters degree in documentary film, which opened a door of exciting opportunities.

Back home... or at least one of them
So im back in uruguay now and it feels like i never left. While on the coach i kept looking through the window and couldnt take my eyes off the road. I think unconsciously i was trying to soak everything up not because i missed the place but because it was part of my identiy and in the world im exppsed to, staying true to your roots its a rare thing.
